【摘要】 目的　观察PSP对S180肉瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群及肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响 ,并探讨其免疫调节及抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法　FACSCalibur流式细胞仪检测荷瘤鼠T淋巴细胞亚群及肿瘤细胞凋亡。结果　PSP能调节CD4 + /CD8+ 细胞的比例 ,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。结论　PSP可改善机体异常的免疫状态 ,调节免疫系统的失衡 ,并促进肿瘤细胞凋亡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of PSP on subset of T cell and apoptosis of tumor cell from S180 cells mice and to study PSP the function of immunoregulation and the mechanism of antitumor.Methods The subset of T cell and apoptosis of tumor cell was detected by flow cytometer.Results That PSP could regulate the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cell, provoked the apoptosis of tumor cell. Conclusions PSP can improve abnormal state of immune, regulate the imbalance of immune function and promote the tumor cells’ apoptosis.更多还原
