化学镀镍过程中热力学分析
Analysis of Thermodynamics in Electroless Ni-P Plating Process
【摘要】 通过利用热力学计算方法,从理论上计算得到了几种络合剂随镀液中的pH值变化的热力学相图。结果表明:除了硼酸能在pH值在0~14范围内在镀液中与镍离子发生络合外,其余络合剂只能在酸性条件下与镍离子发生络合反应。
【Abstract】 By means of thermodynamic calculations, calculates several complexing agents changing with the pH value inelectroless Ni-P plating electrolyte and gets the thermodynamic phase diagram.It shows ,that boric acid can take place the complexingreaction in acid electrolyte or alkaline electrolyte ,the others can occur reaction merely in acid electrolyte.
