【摘要】 为研究孚贝 (卡莫氟 )联合肝动脉灌注对大肠癌肝转移疗效及不良反应 ,对 40例不能手术切除的肝转移患者行大肠癌根治术加孚贝联合肝动脉灌注化疗和肝动脉加门静脉灌注化疗。全部患者随机分为两组 ,观察组 :孚贝联合肝动脉灌注化疗 2 0例 ;对照组 :肝动脉加门静脉灌注化疗 2 0例中 15例合格病例。观察组肝转移灶CR 1例 ,PR12例 ,近期有效率 65 0 % ( 13 /2 0 )。对照组CR 1例 ,PR 9例 ,近期有效率 66 7% ( 10 /15 )。 1、2、5年生存率观察组分别为 90 0 % ( 18/2 0 )、65 0 % ( 13 /2 0 )、2 5 0 % ( 5 /2 0 ) ;对照组为 93 3 % ( 14 /15 )、66 7% ( 10 /15 )、2 6 7% ( 4 /15 )。初步研究结果提示 ,口服孚贝联合肝动脉灌注化疗是治疗大肠癌肝转移的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The objection was to observe the efficacy and adverse effect of HCFU plus infusion chemotherapy by pump implantation Vis hepatic artery for hepatic metastasis from colorectal cancer. Thirty-five patients were not operated,and they were divided into two groups. In experiment group, 20 patients were chemotherapied with HCFU combined with infusion chemotherapy by pump implantation Vis hepatic artery, the respone rats was 65.0% (13/20) and the 1-,2-,5-year survival rates were 90.0%(18/20), 65.0%(13/20) and 25.0%(5/20),respectively. In control group,15 patients were chemotherapied by pump implantation Vis hepatic artery and portal vein, the respone rate was 73.3% and the 1-,2-,5-year survival rates were 93.3%(14/15), 66.7%(10/15) and 26.7%(4/15),respectively. In conclusion, it is an effective protocol for the treatment of cruel hepatic mestastasis from colorectal cancer with HCFU combined with infusion chemotherapy by pump implantation Vis hepatic artery.更多还原
