【Abstract】 Heptocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignancy in the world.HCC is readily disseminated via the systemic blood flow in the early stage.Circulating tumor cells are believed to be a marker of blood dissemination and metastasis of distant organ.Two markers for circulating tumoral liver cells have been proposed in peripheral blood.One is albumin mRNA and the other is alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) mRNA. This paper reviews the current research of the two markers,exploring the significance of predicting blood metastasis and their relation to other metastatic and prognostic indictors in HCC patients.更多还原
