【摘要】 目的 :研究高能聚焦超声 (highintensityfocusedultrasound ,HIFU)治疗腹盆腔肿瘤的临床疗效及其病理变化。方法 :对 3 0例欲行手术的腹盆腔肿瘤患者先行HIFU治疗 ,同时观察临床疗效 ,术后再观察治疗区组织的病理变化 ,寻找临床和病理的关系。结果 :HIFU治疗后 ,显效率 43 3 % ( 13 /3 0 ) ,有效率3 6 7% ( 11/3 0 ) ,无效率 2 0 0 % ( 6/3 0 )。有效的 2 4例术后组织学检查显示 ,治疗区内可见细胞变性、凝固性坏死 ,其边缘可见淋巴细胞浸润 ;无效的 6例中 ,有 4例病理学检查无明显异常 ,2例表现为细胞处于失活状态。结论 :HIFU治疗后其临床疗效与病理变化是一致的 ,用HI FU治疗腹盆腔肿瘤是安全、有效、可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical and pathological changes of abdominal and pelvic tumors treated with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU).METHODS:Thirty patients with abdominal and pelvic tumors were treated with HIFU ,then surgical removals were performed routinely after HIFU treatment. The clinical effect and the pathological changes in the treated tissues were observed.RESULTS: Among the 30 patients,excellent result rate was 43.3%( 13/30 ), good result 36.7%(11/30)and no change 20.0%(6/30), respectively. In the 24 cases of excellent result, the treated tissues demonstrated degeneration, coagulation necrosis and the infiltration of lymphocytes in the border region between the treated and untreated areas. In the 6 of no change cases, 4 cases demonstrated no positive finds and 2 cases demonstrated inactivation in histology.CONCLUSIONS: The clinical changes are in accord with the pathological changes after abdominal and pelvic tumors treated with HIFU. Extracorporeal treatment of abdominal and pelvic tumors with HIFU is safe, effective and feasible.更多还原
