【摘要】 将 62例Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组 3 2例化疗合用艾迪注射液 ,对照组 3 0例单纯化疗 ,观察两组患者生活质量、肿瘤疗效、骨髓功能的变化及艾迪注射液的不良反应。治疗组在改善患者生活质量、保护化疗后骨髓功能方面明显优于对照组 ,差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ,且无明显不良反应 ,对肿瘤疗效两组差异无统计学意义。初步研究结果提示 ,艾迪注射液是一个提高晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-two stage Ⅳ tumor patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group having 32 ones treated with Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy and control group which had 30 patients treated with chemotherapy only, and in the meantime the patients’ quality of life, clinical response, myelosuppression and side effects of Aidi injection were observed were obserred. The quality of life and myelosuppression in the therapeutic group were better than those in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P<0.05. The clinical response rates of the two groups were not statistically different, and there were no significant side effects for Aidi injection.In conclusion,Aidi injection is a good drug for improving the late tumor patients’ quality of life.更多还原
