【摘要】 目的 :探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后颈部淋巴结复发原因及其特点。方法 :回顾性分析了 1994年 11月～ 2 0 0 1年 9月因鼻咽癌放射治疗后颈部淋巴结复发而行颈淋巴结清除的 69例患者的临床资料。结果 :鼻咽癌放疗后颈部淋巴结复发时间平均为 3 4 5个月( 6 5～ 2 42 5个月 ) ,其与治疗前N分期和照射剂量相关 ,联合化疗不能提高颈部淋巴结的控制率。结论 :鼻咽癌放疗后颈部淋巴结复发大多发生在 2年内 ,早期诊断和提高颈部照射剂量有可能提高颈部控制率 ,而联合化疗无效更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the reasons and characteristics of lymph nodes recurrence after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.METHODS:From November 1994 to September 2001,sixty-nine patients received neck dissection due to lymph nodes recurrence after definitive radiotherapy.Retrospective analysis was performed.RESULTS:The mean interval between the end of radiotherapy and surgery was 34.5 months(6.5-242.5 months).N stage and the radiation dose were significantly prognostic factors in the statistic analysis.CONCLUSIONS:Most of the recurrence occurres in the first two years.Early diagnosis and higher radiation dose may increase control rate of cervical lymph nodes.更多还原
