【摘要】 晚期癌痛患者 43例 ,均为中、重度疼痛 ,在使用芬太尼透皮贴剂前后观察疼痛强度、生活质量评分及用药后的不良反应。结果总有效率为 88 3 % ( 3 8/ 43 ) ,其中完全缓解 13例 ( 3 0 2 % ) ,明显缓解 2 5例 ( 5 8 1% ) ;不良反应有头晕、恶心、呕吐、胃部不适、便秘等 ,但发生率低。初步研究结果提示 ,芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛 ,可使患者生活质量明显改善更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-three advanced cancer patients with moderate or severe continuous cancer pain were treated with transdermal fetany.The pain intensity,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment.The curative effect of transdermal fetany was significant.The pain remission rate was 88.3%(38/43),including 13 excellent cases (30.2%) and 25 marked cases(58.1%).The adverse reaction included dizziness,nausea,vomiting,stomach discomfort and constipation.The rate of the adverse reaction was less.The quality of life improved significantly.The present data show that transdermal fetany is an effective way to relieve cancer pain in patients with moderate or severe cancer pain.The quality of life is improves significantly.更多还原
