【摘要】 目的 了解血糖、糖化血清蛋白、D-3羟丁酸在轻、中、重度糖尿病患者中的应用价值情况。方法 采用酶法和比浊法在AU-2700全自动生化分析仪上测定,血糖采用葡萄糖氧化酶法羟丁酸采用酶法,糖化血清蛋白采用比浊法。结果 轻、中、重度糖尿病患者的血糖、糖化血清蛋白、D-3羟丁酸与正常对照组相比,分别呈非常显著意义(P<0.01),非常显著意义(P<0.01),显著意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗轻、中、重型糖尿病患者的过程中,联合检测血糖、糖化血清蛋白、D-3羟丁酸具有重要的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the application value of blood sugar,glycosylation hematocyanin and D- 3 hydroxybutyric acid in mild, medium and severe type of diabetes. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and turbidimetry were used for detection in AU - 2700 full automatic biochemic analysis instrument. Blood sugar by glucoseoxidase method, D - 3 hydroxybuyric acid by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, glycosylation hematocyanin by turbidimehy. Results Blood sugar, glycosylation hematocyanin and D - 3 hydroxybutyric acid of patients with mild, medium and severe type of diabetes had notable significance respectively comparaed with those in control group( P<0.01),(P<0.01), (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the process of the treatment of mild, medium and severe type of diabetes, the combined detection of blood sugar, glycosylation hematocyanin and D- 3 hydroxybutyric acid has important application value.更多还原
