小容积流量工况下汽轮机末级流场的计算研究
Calculated Research on the Last Stage Flow Field of Steam Turbine Under the Low Volume Flow Condition
【摘要】 基于气体动力学基本方程和附面层理论,对汽轮机在小容积流量工况下的末级特性进行了理论分析,着重分析了回流首先出现的位置及它的扩张方向,并结合试验提出了汽轮机末级流场已出现回流的流动模型及对此模型的求解方法。利用此模型对某100MW机组进行了计算,与实测结果基本符合。
【Abstract】 Based on the fundamental equation of aerodynamics and boundary layer theory, the characteristic of the last stage is analyzed when steam turbine operate under the low volume flow condition. The circumfluence is analyzed about its first appearing position and expanding direction. Combined with tests the flow model of flow field with circumfluence and its solving method are given. The calculated result accords with the test data by taking 100MW steam turbine unit as example.
