实心转子锻件的安全性研究
The Study on Safety of Solid Rotor Forging
【摘要】 从当代冶炼方法、锻压及热处理工艺提高了转子钢的纯度和性能的均匀性,特别是大大地改善了转子钢的断裂韧性的角度,论述了制造大型实心转子锻件的可行性,进而用断裂力学方法估算了实心转子的安全性,提出了大锻件可否用于制造实心转子的断裂力学判据,确定实心转子的安全性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of modern smelting techniques, forging, heat-treatment having improved the purity and properties, specially fracture toughness of rotor steel, this paper discusses the possibility of manufacturing large solid rotor, furthermore, estimates the safety of solid rotor by means of fracture mechanics, and puts forward the fracture mechanics criterion whether the large forging can be used for manufacturing solid rotor in order to ensure the safety of solid rotor.
