厦门钟宅湾大桥钢主梁及拱肋安装技术

【摘要】 厦门钟宅湾大桥主桥为58m+208m+58m三跨中承飞翼式钢箱提篮式拱桥。主桥所有钢构件均采用大型吊船吊装。总体安装顺序为先吊装钢主梁,然后吊装拱构件,再安装吊杆。钢主梁及拱肋均采用支架法安装。介绍了钢主梁及钢箱拱的安装技术。

【Abstract】 The main bridge of Zhongzhaiwan Bridge in Xiamen, with span arrangement 58 m(+208 m+58 m,) is a 3-span half-through basket handle arch bridge of steel box type. During erection of the Bridge, all steel components of the main bridge are lifted into position by huge floating cranes. The lifting and erection operation proceeds in the sequence of the steel main girder, steel arch elements, and hangers. The main girder and arch ribs are erected on scaffolding. In this paper, the erection techniques for the main girder and steel box arch are described.
