润扬大桥悬索桥中央扣梁段安装技术研究

【摘要】 润扬大桥南汊桥为跨径1490m的单孔双铰钢箱梁悬索桥,设计采用刚性中央扣将主缆和跨中梁段刚性连接,通过设置主缆临时索夹和临时吊杆的方法,解决了中央扣高空漂浮状态螺栓群定位连接难题。详细介绍了其安装关键技术。

【Abstract】 The south bridge of Runyang Bridge is a 1 490-m single span, double-articulated steel box girder suspension bridge. As designed, the rigid central bands are used to rigidly connect the main cables with the mid-span girder segment. By the aid of temporary clamps and temporary hangers, the problem of positioning and fixing the group bolts in the central bands in a state of floating is resolved. In this paper, the key techniques for installation of the central bands are described in details.
