锚固钢筋的表面防腐试验研究
Experimental Investigation of Anchor Bar Surface Protection
【摘要】 以山区高路堤公路中铺设的锚固钢为研究对象,针对其独特的腐蚀环境,在实验中设计并制备了两种新型的钢筋防腐涂料。以环氧树脂、溶剂、固化剂等为主要原料,采用加速腐蚀试验与模拟腐蚀试验相结合的办法对涂料的各项性能进行了检测,并通过对比分析了性能参数,最终确定了一种较佳的配方。
【Abstract】 With reference to the anchor bars used in the embankment highways in the mountainous areas, and in the light of the special corrosive surroundings thereof, two kinds of new corrosion protection coatings for the bars are designed and prepared. The materials used for the coatings are mainly epoxy resin, solvent agent and solidifying agent, and the properties of the coatings are tested by both methods of accelerated and simulated corrosion tests. Through comparison and analysis of the property parameters, a kind of fairly good proportioning of the coatings is selected.
