【摘要】 目的 :总结龟型分支杆菌伤口感染清创的护理经验。方法 :回顾分析117例龟型分支杆菌所致伤口感染清创的护理措施和效果。结果 :经随访及再次来我院手术时的观察 ,16 8例龟型分支杆菌切口感染患者均治愈 ,清创者切口均愈合良好 ,无复发。结论 :用 75 %酒精擦试及含氯消毒剂浸泡消毒可切断传染源获得满意疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To summarize the nursing experience of wound disposal of mycobacterium chelonei infection . Methods : Retrospect and analyze the 117 cases nursing care and results of wound disposal of cut infection caused by mycobctrrium chelonei . Results : By succedent visit and observing the operation in hospital , 168 cases get out of hospital ,the cut cure well after wound disposal without repast .Conclusion : Wipe by the 75% alcohol and dipped into the disinfector can cut off the infection .更多还原
