【摘要】 目的 :探讨先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿的围术期护理。方法 :对5 6例先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿加强围手术期护理 ,给予有效的镇静、止痛、肌松药、高浓度氧气吸入、适宜的过度通气等护理措施。结果 :本组除 2例术后早期死于呼吸衰竭和低心排外 ,其余 5 4例均痊愈出院 ,无护理并发症发生。结论 :先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿术后护理难度大、危险高 ,细致、规范的护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing about the children with congenital heart disease in combination with the pulmonary artery hypertension.Methods:56 cases of children with congenital heart disease in combination with the pulmonary artery hypertension were given enhancing perioperative nursing.In cluding valid mitigation,alleviating pain and muscle relaxant,oxygenous inhalation in high density,eligible hyperventilation.Results:2 cases in this group died of respiratory failure and low heart out-put after operation in the early.The other 54 cases got out of the hospital,without nursing complications.Conclusions:The perioperative care to children of congenital heart disease in combination with the pulmonary artery hypertension is difficult and dangerous,the careful and regular nursing is the guarantee to improve operation rate of success and reduce complications.更多还原
