【摘要】 目的 :配合玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔内填充术 ,保证手术疗效 ,促进康复。方法 :对 15 9例 (16 1眼 )患者实施护理。结果 :15 7眼术后视网膜平伏 ,屈光间质清 ,其中 132眼视力不同程度提高 ,3眼术后 2 4h内并发玻璃体积血 (均为糖尿病视网膜病变 ) ;2眼术后 1个月复发视网膜脱离 (均为眼外伤 )。结论 :术前术后的心理护理 ,术后的病情观察 ,特别是术后的卧位指导 ,对确保手术疗效 ,促进患者的顺利康复 ,具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To cooperate the development of vitreous body incision in combination with intracavity filling , assure the operation effect ,promote recovery . Methods:Give 159 case(161 eyes)nursing care . Results : 157 eyes retina prostration and refraction mesenchyma became clear , of that 132 cases eye sight were improved after postoperation . 3 eyes had vitreous haematocele (all were diabetes retina pathological changes )in 24h .2 eyes occur red retinal detachment (eye trauma)in one month after postoperation . Conclusion : Psychological nursing during pre and post operation ,observation after postoperation , especially lying position guide are very important in assuring operation effect and promoting patients recovery.更多还原
