【摘要】 目的 :探讨手术室护士工作需求及满意度对工作和机体的影响因素 ,提出积极有效的应对措施。方法 :采用自设问卷对滕州市 6所医院手术室护士进行工作需求及满意度调查。结果 :手术室护士对工作中人身安全有保障、手术熟练配合、科室满足护士求知欲并给机会的工作等需求非常高。对工作中人身安全有保障、工作负荷、社会的认可不满意较高。结论 :尽力满足手术室护士合理的工作需求 ,及时调整手术室护士的心理状态 ,对提高工作效率 ,减少差错事故有着非常重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of work demands and satisfaction on work and body among operating room nurses and find out effective countermeasures. Method: A questionnaire was used to conduct an investigation on work demands and satisfaction among operating room nurses from 6 hospitals in Tengzhou City.Result: Demands for security, skilled cooperation in operation,learning desire and opportunity were high among operating room nurses. And they also expressed great dissatisfaction with their security, workload and social recognition. Conclusion: It is of great significance to meet the rational work demands by the operating room nurses and timely adjust their psychological conditions so as to raise work efficiency and reduce errors.更多还原
