【摘要】 目的 :探讨BiPAP(双正压型呼吸机 )在冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CABG)后肺部并发症的治疗效果及护理。方法 :对我院 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月间19例CABG术后患者应用BiPAP进行分析及总结。结果 :17例患者成功恢复 ,1例重行气管插管 ,1例行气管切开。结论 :BiPAP是一种非创伤性治疗方法 ,正确使用及加强护理是治疗肺部并发症成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the lungs treatment effect after using BiPAP for the patiants who sufferd from post-operation of CABG patients who had used the BiPAP.Method:The postoperative application of BiPAP was analyzed and discussed among 19 CABG cases from January 1999 to December 2002 in the hospital. Result:17 cases were recoved.One was given the second intubation and another was given tracheotomy. Conclusion: BiPAP is a treatment method with no injury. The successful key to cure the lung’s complication is to use it correctly and pay more attention to nursing-care.更多还原
