【摘要】 目的 :总结婴幼儿单纯性室间隔缺损手术治疗前后的护理经验。方法 :为 178例单纯室间隔缺损患儿施行室间隔修补术。术前护理包括心理护理及健康教育 ,呼吸道护理 ;术后护理包括皮肤观察 ,生命体征监测 ,各种管道的护理及预防和观察术后并发症。结果 :经精心护理 ,手术获得成功。结论 :护理此症患儿时 ,制定详尽的护理措施 ,加强手术前后的护理 ,是手术获得成功的保证更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To draw up nursing experiences about operation for infant VSD.Method:178 cases had received repairing operation.Preoperative nursing included psychological nursing,health education,respiratory tract nursing;Post operative nursing included,skin observation,life sign supervision prevention from various complication.Result:All result in success.Conclusion:Careful nursing can promise success of operation.更多还原
