【摘要】 目的 :总结支气管哮喘患者顺利安全地度过妊娠期的护理经验。方法 :对 2 3例患者进行心理护理 ,使产妇避免接触源 ,每日用呼气峰速仪测量最大呼气流速和监测血氧饱和度。结果 :2 3例均安全度过妊娠期 ,顺利分娩 ,无人工流产现象 ,婴儿发育正常。结论 :加强对支气管哮喘孕妇的护理指导可使患者顺利度过妊娠期更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize nursing experiences of pregnant bronchus asthma ,help them survive through pregnant period.Method:23 cases had received psychological nursing and tried to avoid hyper sensitive origin,also received supervision about expiratory peak speed and blood oxygen saturation.Result:23 cases all survived through pregnant period,without any abortion and infants were normal.Conclusion:Nursing about pregnant bronclus asthma patients is important.更多还原
