【摘要】 目的 :探讨经鼻内镜鼻窦手术后患者病情的观察和护理。方法 :对 2 6 2例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者实施经鼻内镜鼻窦手术 ,术后注重疼痛、出血、用药的观察及护理 ,及时处理并发症 ,加强术腔及出院指导等护理措施。结果 :本组患者治愈 15 5例 ,好转 75例 ,无效 32例 ,总有效率 87 8% ,其中 15例出现颅内、眼部及鼻内并发症 ,占 5 7%。结论 :重视和加强术后一般护理及术腔护理与手术本身同等重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore prevention method for postoperational complication and relative nursing of endoscopic sinus operation.Method:262 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps received endoscopic operation and following routinal nursing operational cavity nursing.Result:One year follow up survey show this method can improve nasal cavity mucosa function,reduce complication such as intra cranial,eye and sinus haemorrhage.Conclusion:Postoperational routine and local nursing show as important as operation itself.更多还原
