【摘要】 目的 :探讨急性心肌梗死患者常见的心理问题及有效的护理措施。方法 :观察、询问、记录急性心肌梗死 112例发病过程中不同时期存在的心理问题 ,就文化程度、性别、病情轻重等因素与产生心理问题作相关性分析。结果 :急性心肌梗死患者存在的心理问题主要有紧张、焦虑、恐惧、麻痹和依赖心理 ,发病不同时期有不同的心理问题 ;文化程度与心理问题呈正相关(P <0 0 0 5 ) ;男性患者较女性患者心理压力大 ,存在的心理问题多 (P <0 0 1) ;对有无严重并发症的患者进行比较 ,前者紧张、恐惧、依赖心理较后者重 ,麻痹心理较后者轻 ,焦虑心理两组比较没有统计学意义。结论 :根据急性心肌梗死患者的心理情况 ,实施针对性的心理护理 ,效果显著 ,提高了患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research about psychological problems and related nursing meausres of acute myocardial infarction.Method:112 cases had been recorded about their psychological problems,education degree,sex,disease process and compared analyzed.Result:Main problems include:tension,anxiety,panic dependence mood,their incidance show positive corelation with education drgree(P<0.05).Male is more serious than female(P<0.01).Conclusion:Related psychological nursing can improve patients’ living quality,help their convalescence.更多还原
