【摘要】 目的 :探讨女性重症精神病患者伤人毁物的行为及护理措施。方法 :收住院的女性重症精神病患者在入院初期实施集中管理 ,加强药物治疗 ,逐步实施心理护理和健康教育 ,适时控制兴奋躁动。结果 :2 4 3例重症精神病患者出现伤人毁物 5 4例。结论 :伤人毁物行为多出现在患者住院后第 1周。认真收集病史 ,严密观察病情 ,尽早控制症状 ,有利于患者的管理。早期实施心理护理和健康教育有助于患者角色转变 ,减少伤人毁物行为的发生。当伤人毁物行为发生时 ,先使用语言或药物治疗 ,若患者仍不能平静 ,则用保护性约束或其他强制性措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore nursing measures to destructive behavior of severe female psychotic patients.Method:We had undergone intensive management,medication,psychological nursing and health education over these patients.Result:54 cases show destructive behevior.Conclusion:Destructive behavior occur in the first week of inhospitalization,careful observation,early control and psychological nursing can reduce destructive behavior.更多还原
