【摘要】 目的 :探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗慢性肾小球肾炎所致肾功能不全 (CRF)的效果。方法 :随机将慢性肾小球肾炎所致CRF分成PGE1治疗组和对照组 ,进一步以肾脏长径 9cm为界将PGE1分为肾脏大小正常组 (A组 )及肾脏缩小组 (B组 ) ,观察用PGE1治疗前后的疗效。结果 :PGE1治疗组患者治疗后血压、血肌酐 (SCr)及尿素氮 (BUN)明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,且A组下降为著 (P <0 0 1) ;对照组血压下降明显 (P <0 0 1) ,但SCr及BUN降低不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :PGE1治疗慢性肾小球肾炎所致CRF疗效显著 ,以肾脏大小正常组更为明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss and explore therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure(CRF) by prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1). Method:76 cases of CRF from chronic glomerulo nephritis were randomly divided in to therapy group and control group.In therapy group compared theraputic effect between normal size of kidney group and contracted size group.Result:BP,serum creative(SCr) and BUNdecreased significantly after PGE 1 treatment,especially in normal size group(P<0 01);In control BP decreased significantly(P<0 01),SCr and BUN decrease not significantly(P>0 05).Conclusion:PGE 1 is effective in treatment of CRF from chronic glomemlo nephritis,especially if kidney size remained normal.更多还原
