【摘要】 目的 :探讨护理质量综合目标管理在提高护理质量管理水平和有效实施护理质量控制中的作用。方法 :设定护理质量综合目标管理指标 ,建立相应的质量控制体系和考核标准 ,在实施过程中定期检查评估 ,不断改进 ,臻于完善。结果 :加强了质量控制的内涵建设 ,强化了全员参与质量管理的意识 ,促进了护理队伍整体素质的提高 ,护理满意度达 98%～ 10 0 %。结论 :护理质量综合目标管理是提高工作效率和护理服务水平 ,提高医疗护理质量 ,树立良好的医院形象及提高医院竞争力的一种管理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore function of quality management of how to improve nursing quality and undergo nursing quality control.Method:We have design indexes of nursing quality management and quality control system and checking standard,evaluated them regularly.Result:Nursing satisfactory degree reached 98%～100%.Conclusion:Nursing quality objective management system can improve efficacy and standard of nursing improve hospital image strengthen hospital’s competitive ability.更多还原
