【摘要】 目的　了解社区建档居民健康状况及卫生需求。方法　采用问卷调查的方法 ,对 72户建档居民进行调查。结果　医疗费用承担以公费医疗、医疗保险为主 ;就诊单位 :中央部属医院、门诊部 (所 )、职工医院、市级医院、区级医院、卫生站 (室 ) ;慢性病 :高血压、高脂血症、白内障、骨关节病、冠心病、糖尿病 ;危险因素 :高年龄、不良饮食习惯、缺乏体育锻炼、吸烟、饮酒、高盐饮食 ;社区卫生需求 :老年健康保健、健康教育、定期健康检查。结论　居民就诊流向趋于合理化 ,有利于卫生资源合理配置 ;应加快发展针对老年人的社区卫生服务更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health statue and service demands in Fu Xing Men railway community. To discus Community Health Service and to provide the gist for the integrative services.Methods By questionnaire to investigate 72 community dwellers with compact of family medical treatment.Results Fee-for-service gives priority to Government fare and Medical Insurance and Medical Fund for heavy disease It sort by priority, hospitals that are visited are government general hospital, out-patient department, vocation hospital, municipal hospital, district hospital, policlinic; chronic diseases in the community in file are Hypertension, Hyperlipemia, Cataract, Osteoarthrosis, Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease, Diabetes Mellitus;the risk factor of health in file:higher age, bad habit of diet, lack physical training, smoking, drinking, hyper-salt;demands of community health service in file:the old health care, health inculcation, regular health examination.Conclusion The community dwellers′ selection for seeking medical advice tends to be logic and propitious to develop health resources, we should further develop community health services and health care system for the aged people.更多还原
