汽车制造业噪声暴露对作业工人健康影响的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究汽车制造业噪声暴露对作业工人健康的影响。方法 采用横断面流行病学方法 ,选取 70 6名噪声作业工人进行调查 ;用累计噪声暴露量 (CNE)评价工人实际噪声暴露 ;将健康监护、现场噪声测试、实验室检测和多因素Logistic回归技术用于分析影响工人健康的相关因素。结果 噪声暴露导致工人患高血压、听力损伤等疾患与接噪工龄和CNE之间存在典型的剂量 -反应关系。结论 噪声暴露是致听力损伤、高血压发病的危险因素 ,降低作业现场噪声强度 ,是保护噪声作业工人健康的有效措施

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect between industrial noise exposure and health in automobile workers. Methods A cross-section study was used to investigate 706 workers exposed in industrial noise for one year or more. Cumulative noise was used to evaluate the actual exposure level of workers and carried out by using physical examination and measuring the industrial noise exposure level in workplace and experimental tests. Multiple Logistic regression models were used to analyze the relative influential factors in workers exposed to noise. Results The noise exposure can bring workers exposed industrial noise on hypertension and hearing loss and a typical dose-response relationship was observed between the working ages and CNE. Conclusion Noise exposure may be a risk factor of hearing loss and hypertension. Reducing the sound pressure level in workshops may be an effective measure to protect health of automobile corporation workers.
