【摘要】 目的　研究心脏临时起搏在急诊抢救 92例心跳骤停病例中的应用 ,探讨心内膜下与经皮胸壁起搏在心跳骤停抢救中的价值 ,并与同期对照组进行比较观察临时起搏与抢救成功率的关系。方法　心内膜下临时起搏组 :经静脉系统将起搏电极送入心腔内 ,进行心内膜下起搏 ,以恢复心跳 ;经胸壁起搏组 :将两电极分别置于胸背部进行起搏 ,而使心跳恢复 ;对照组除不进行临时起搏外 ,其他抢救措施与试验组相同。结果　心内膜下临时起搏组在成功起搏率、CRP抢救成功率与另外两组间差别有显著性意义。结论　采用其他心肺复苏措施的基础上增加临时起搏可提高抢救成功率 ,但经皮胸壁引起搏成功率不高、副作用较大 ,不能广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the value of pacing under endocardium and petutaneous chest wall pacing in 92 patients with cardiac arrest,and to determine the effect of temporary pacing and the rate of the successful save with control group.Methods To resume heart beat by cardiac pacing under endocardium by putting electrocle to heart antrum through vein in the group of temporary pacing under endocardium,and putting two electrocles on chest wall and back separately in the group of petutaneous chest wall pacing.All pacing measures are same except temporary pacing in the control group.Results The rate of the successful save in two groups is higher than that of control group.But the rate of the successful save of petutaneous chest wall pacing group is still low and the side effect is still high.Conclusion Temporary pacing has important value in saving of cardiac arrest and cardiac pacing under endocardium is the first choice.In petutaneous chest wall pacing,the effect of cure is unconfirmed and the side effects are higher.So it can′t be applied extensively.更多还原
