【摘要】 目的　了解围手术期抗菌药物使用状况。方法　对 1998～ 2 0 0 3年在我院外科、妇科、眼科手术的 12 35例患者的无菌手术围手术期抗菌药物应用情况及存在问题进行调查。结果　抗菌药物使用率为 10 0 0 %。单种抗菌药物用药率为 2 3% ,二联用药率为 94 4 % % ,三联用药率为 3 2 %。抗菌药物应用频率最高的为青霉素类、其次为硝基咪唑类、头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类。手术后用药时间≥ 5d者占 5 7 1%。结论　围手术期抗菌药物的预防性应用 ,不合理用药占相当比例 ,手术前未使用抗菌药物 ,而手术后抗菌药物使用时间≥ 5d并不能降低术后切口感染率。应加强医院综合管理水平 ,搞好医疗、护理、药学方面医务人员的协作 ,制订合理用药规范 ,以更有效地降低围手术期切口感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understanding the usage condition of the anti-virus medicine in surgical operation period in my hospital.Methods Selecting the surgery,gynecology,ophthalmology surgical operation case from the year 1998 to 2003 in my hospital to analyze the application circumstance of the anti-virus medicine in aseptic operation round in surgical operation period and the existing problem in 1235 examples.Results The rate of using the anti-virus medicine was 100%.The rate of using the single anti-virus medicine was 2.3%,the medicine rate in bigeminy was 94.4%and intrilogy was 3.2%.The highest application rate of the anti-virus medicine was penicillin,then Nirdazole,Cephalosporins,Aminoglycosides.Patients,who took medicine after operation for or over five days,was 57.1% of the total number in surgical operation.Conclusion Because of prevention application of the anti-virus medicine round surgical operation period,taking medicine absurdly,not using the anti-virus medicine before operation,the anti-virus medicine application after operation,which was equal to or over 5 days,can′t decrease the slice infection rate after operation.In order to decrease the slice infection rate round surgical operation period,we should strengthen the level of synthetical management the hospital,improve the cooperation of medical persons in medical treatment,nursing,pharmacy,make out the reasonable rule of taking medicine.更多还原
