【摘要】 目的　探讨噪声作业工人血浆热休克蛋白 (HSPs) 6 0、 70抗体滴度及其与累积噪声暴露量 (CNE)的关系。方法　用Westernblot免疫印迹法对 391名工人 (噪声暴露 2 0 7名 ,对照 184名 )的血浆HSP 6 0、 70抗体水平进行测定 ,用趋势 χ2 检验和多因素Logistic回归模型分析HSP 6 0、 70抗体水平与噪声暴露的关系。结果　除HSP 6 0抗体滴度 1∶80外 ,其他滴度观察组HSP 6 0、 70抗体阳性率与对照组间差别均有显著性意义 ;HSP 70抗体滴度为 1∶10阳性率随累积噪声暴露量 (CNE)增大而升高 ;用Logistic回归分析控制了混杂因素的作用后 ,血浆HSP 6 0、HSP 70抗体检出率与CNE呈正相关关系。结论　血浆HSP 6 0、 70抗体滴度与工人CNE有密切的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the titer of plasma antibody against heat shock protein (HSPs) in the workers exposed to noise,and the relationship between HSPs and cumulative noise expose (CNE).Methods Plasma anti-HSP 60 and anti-HSP 70 was determined with Western blot technique on 391 workers (207 cases for noise expose group,184 cases for control group).Trend Chi-square and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the relationship between the level of anti-HSPs and CNE.Results The positive rate of anti-HSP 70 (1∶10,1∶20,1∶40,1∶80) and anti-HSP 60(1∶10,1∶20,1∶40) in exposure group was significantly higher than that in control group.There was an increasing tendency of the positive rate of anti-HSP 70 (1∶10) along with the increasing of accumulative noise.After adjusted by the generally recognized risk factors,it still had a strong association between anti-HSPs and CNE.Conclusion The titer of plasma anti-HSP 60and anti-HSP 70 had close relationship with the worker′s cumulative noise expose (CNE).更多还原
