【摘要】 目的　探讨社会文化因素对农村儿童体罚行为的影响。方法　对安徽省农村 2 192名由父母带养的 1～14岁儿童近 1个月的体罚行为进行回顾性调查。结果　近 1个月来 ,挨打发生率为 39 3%,打 3次以上发生率为17 3%,罚站或罚跪发生率为 3 5 %,不让回家的发生率为 2 2 %,不给吃饭的发生率为 3 1%。多变量非条件Logistic回归分析表明 ,儿童年龄、性别、父亲文化程度、独生子女与近 1个月以来儿童挨打以及多次挨打相关 ,其中儿童年龄越小、男童、父亲文化程度低、非独生子女是危险因素 ;母亲文化程度低、非独生子女是儿童不给吃饭的危险因素 ;男童、经济状况较差、非独生子女是不让回家的危险因素 ;儿童罚站或罚跪未发现显著的影响因素。结论　儿童体罚行为普遍 ,社会文化因素对农村儿童体罚行为产生影响 ,应重视对农村儿童体罚行为的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effect of social cultural factors on child corporal punishment in rural areas,Anhui province.Methods A retrospective survey was carried out among 2192 children,aged 1 to 14 years old,for nearly one month .Results The prevalence rates of toco with hand,stave or stick,standing or kneeling as a punishment,not letting children eat,not letting children go home at least one time during the one month preceding the survey,and toco 3 times or over during the one month prior to taking the survey were 39.3%,3.5%,3.1%,2.2%,and 17.3% respectively.By non-conditional Logistic regression model,it revealed that age of child,gender,father′s education,and the only child or not were the mainly influence factors of child toco,eg.younger child,female,lower father′s education,and not the only child were the risk factors of child toco.It was found that lower mother′s education,non-only child were risk factors of not letting children eat by their parents.Male,lower economic status,and non-only child weresignificantly risk factors of parents not letting children go home.Conclusion Child corporal punishment is prevalent in rural areas in Anhui province.Social cultural factors may influence parents′ behavior of corporal punishment to their offspring.The study on prevention and control of child corporal punishment should be pay attention to.更多还原
