【摘要】 目的　了解苏州市社区卫生服务站人力资源的配置与利用状况。方法　采用调查表的方式 ,对苏州市 4 2家社区卫生服务站进行调查。结果　苏州市社区卫生服务人员数量缺乏 ,结构也不尽合理 ,大专及以下学历者占 90 5 % ,中、初级职称者占 91 1% ,大多数人以医疗为主 ,难以承担社区卫生服务的内容。结论　社区卫生人员的不合理由多种因素造成 ,解决这种状况的途径应从多方面入手 ,政府应增加卫生投入 ,制定相关支持政策 ,建立一支高素质的社区卫生服务队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to analyze the state of the allocation and utilization of human resources,we investigated the present situation of human resources in community-based health services station (CHSS) in Suzhou.Methods We investigated the human power situation in 42 CHSS,and then the data were analyzed with the SPSS software.Results The medical and health technological personnel are insufficient.The structure of the institution is not reasonable,and the medical staff is not so qualified.It showed that most doctors and nurses are short of general practical knowledge and hard to meet the need of community-based health-care.Conclusion It is suggested that the related policy should be set up to guarantee the further development of the community health service and the government should put more funds to the CHSS.We need more higher medical education to meet the demand of the community health service and train more generalists.更多还原
