【摘要】 目的　了解陕西省农村社区 0～ 18个月婴幼儿辅食添加现状。方法　采用整群随机抽样方法 ,抽取337例 0～ 18个月婴幼儿的母亲 ,对其进行问卷调查。结果　 6 9 3%的母亲有一定的辅食添加知识 ,掌握知识的多少与母亲的文化程度 ,家庭经济状况有关。结论　陕西农村社区辅食添加整体情况较差 ,还有待进一步提高 ,可使用“以电视宣传为主 ,村医人际传播为辅”的模式进行教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the current quo of complementary feed of infants ranging in month from 0 to 18 in the rural communities of Shanxi province,and provide information for rural mother and child health work.Methods In a method of randomly chester sampling,we drew 337 mothers whose infant age varying in month from 0 to 18 and conducted a questionnaire investigation.Results 69.63% percent of infants′mothers had certain knowledge of complementary feed,and the amount of this kind of knowledge learned by infant mother was associated with her education level and family financial situation.Conclusion the general situation of complementary feed in the rural communities of Shanxi Province was worse,and it must be improved further.The education mode of "the propaganda by TV first and the education by village doctor second" can be used.更多还原
