【摘要】 目的探讨脑梗死急性期患者脑血管血液力学 (CVHD)改变及其临床意义。方法选择经头颅CT或MRI证实的61例急性期脑梗死患者 ,在发病1w内进行CVHD检测 ,分析各检测指标的特征 ,并与正常男性70岁年龄组的指标作对照。结果全部脑梗死急性期患者CVHD的测定值与正常男性70岁年龄组CVHD测定值比较 ,平均血流速度、血流量、最大血流速度、最小血流速度和舒张压临界压的差值均有明显降低(P<0.01) ,而脉搏波速、外周阻力、特异性阻抗以及临界压水平均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者发病1w内脑血管血液动力学各项检测指标均有明显的改变。CVHD检测能较敏感地反映脑梗死、脑血管供血不足或预警进一步脑梗死发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Cerebral Vascular Hemodynamic(CVHD)in acute cerebral infarction and their clinical significance.Methods Sixty-one cases of acute cerebral infarction were identified on cranial CTor MRI.CVHD examination was conducted within one week after the cerebral insult.The hemodynamic parameters were analysed and compared with a control group of70-year-old men.Results Comparing the CVHD parameters measured in patients with cerebral infarction to the subjects in the control group,mean blood flowvelocity,blood flow,peak flowvelocity,minimal flowvelocity and the difference between measured diastolic blood pressure and critical pressure were all decreased(P<0.01).Pulse index,peripheral resistance,specific resistance and critical pressure were all significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion All hemodynamic parameters of cerebral blood flowshowed significant changes measured in patients with cerebral infarction.CVHD is a sensitive method for measuring insufficient cerebral blood supply or for predicting impending cerebral infarction.更多还原
