炭阳极气泡振动信号的谱分析与阳极效应预报
Spectrum analysis of the vibratory signals through carbon anodes and prediction of anodes effect
【摘要】 本文提出一种新的阳极效应预报方法 ,该方法根据故障检测原理 ,采用谱估计和时频分析等现代信号理论 ,可对阳极效应有效地进行预报 ,不仅可以提高铝的产量和质量 ,而且对节能和保证整个电解系列平稳安全生产 ,具有很重要的意义
【Abstract】 The paper presents a novel anode effect prediction method. The method can efficiently predict anode effect by using modern signal processing principle and method such as spectrum estimation and time-frequency analysis according fault detection principle. It can not only improve yields and quality of aluminium, but also do goods to saving energy and assuring the stability and safety of the total electrolysis procedure.
