碱法高纯氧化铝微粉的制备
Production of highly pure alumina micro-powder by soda process
【摘要】 以氧化铝生产过程的中间物料铝酸钠溶液为原料 ,依据钡盐高度净化铝酸钠溶液的原理 ,经过脱硅、除铁净化、种分分解、焙烧后酸洗除钠等过程 ,最终得到纯度达 99.99% ,粒度 90 %小于 2 μm高纯氧化铝微粉。
【Abstract】 Taking the intermediate material sodium aluminate solution in the alumina production as raw material and based on the principle of highly purifying the sodium aluminate solution with barium salt, the final product of high pure alumina powder with 99.99% of purity and 90% of particle size less than 2(m is produced after the processes of desilication, removing iron, seed precipitation, calcinations, acid washing and removing sodium.
