【摘要】 目的 :探讨局麻下经电视胸腔镜包裹性脓胸引流及纤维膜剥脱手术的可能性、手术适应症、最佳手术时机及疗效。方法 :总结 10例手术病例和传统开胸手术比较。结果 :10例均治愈 ,术后 10天内拔除胸引管 ,平均住院时间 17天 ,随访半年 ,恢复良好。结论 :局部浸润麻醉能够满足手术需要 ,但要严格选择病人及掌握手术时机。此手术具有经济、微创、缩短病程和住院日期等优点。因对麻醉要求低 ,便于普及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the indication and efficacy of operation for conduction of encapsulated empyema and fibrous membrane stripping through television thoracoscope under local anesthesia at high altitude. Method: A total of 10 patients were operated by conduction of encapsulated empyema and fibrous membrane stripping through television thoracoscope under local anesthesia and the result was compared with the general control. Result and conclusion: 10 cases received new way was successful and suggest that the conduction of encapsulated empyema and fibrous membrane stripping through television thoracoscope under local anesthesia is a better and more economical surgery way compared that with general traditional surgery operation at high altitude.更多还原
