【摘要】 目的 :研究某些药物致急性肾衰竭的诊断方法与治疗效果。方法 :对 15例 (2 2岁～ 5 9岁 )某些药物致急性肾衰竭的患者进行了前瞻性的研究 ,采用血管穿刺或动静脉外瘘 ,进行个体化血液透析与综合治疗。结果 :经透析、综合治疗后 12名患者病情明显好转 ,症状逐渐消失 ,尿量增多、恢复正常 ,血肌酐 (Scr)和尿素氮 (BUN )分别由最高 2 0 2 6 .8mmol/L和最高 5 2 μmol/L降至正常或接近正常。 2例抢救无效死亡 ,1例失访。结论 :及时恰当透析、综合治疗某些药物相关急性肾衰竭 ,能取得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure caused by some drugs. Methods: prospective study was conducted. Fifteen patients, aged 22 and 59, were investigated. After constructing arterio-venous scribner shunts or vascular puncture, recommendation regarding type of dialysis must be individualized. Comprehensive treatment was used.Results: After dialysis and comprehensive treatment, that is gradually symptoms resolved, urinary outflow increased and normalized, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were lowered from 2026.8mmol/L and 52μmol/L to normal or nearly normal respectively, improvement and recover were achieved in 12 cases of patients, died in 2 cases, lose visit in 1 case. Conclusion: In time, available dialysis show a relatively good therapeutic effect for acute renal failure caused by some drugs.更多还原
