【摘要】 目的 :观察应用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法 :口服米非司酮 12 .5mg ,每日 1次 ,连用 3个月为一疗程。结果 :12 9例中有 116例经过 5年临床观察 ,子宫肌瘤体积缩小。用药过程中均发生闭经 ,贫血得以纠正。围绝经期可致绝经。作为子宫切除术或肌瘤剔除术术前用药 ,可减少术中出血。结论 :米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤有临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Mifepristong on the uterine leiomyoma in long-term time.Methods:One hundred and twenty-nine patients with uterine leiomyoma, who received treated with mifepristone (12.5mg daily for 3 months), were observed.Results:116 patients had a decreased volume of Leiomyoma in 5 years. During treatment, improvement of hemoglobin and amenorrhea occurred. Menopause can even be seen in perimenopausal woman.Conclusion: Mifepristone could be used before operation to reduce surgery bleeding. Mifepristone has a better clinical value.更多还原
