【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声引导下自动活检枪对肺部疾病的诊断优势。方法 :通过对 35例经X线胸片或胸部CT发现并可为超声探及的肺部病变 ,但又不能定性的患者 ,进行自动活检取材 ,并作组织学检查。结果 :35例肺部病变患者共进行 75次活检穿刺取材 ,取材成功率 98% ,34例得到明确的组织学诊断。结论 :超声引导下自动活检枪穿刺活检操作简单、准确、快速、病理诊断率高 ,有较高临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirating biopsy of lung cancer. Method: 35 patients, who had been identified by x-ray film or/and CT to have the respiratory disease, were performed the ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirating biopsy and the examination of pathology. Results: The successful rate of the aspirating biopsy was up to 98%. 34 cases had a clear histological diagnosis. Conclusion: There is a better, rapid, definite diagnosis for the lung cancers through the ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirating biopsy.更多还原
