高原低氧下IL-1β、IL-6含量变化及其意义初探
THE CHANGES OF IL-1β、 IL-6 LEVEL TO HYPOXIA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE
【摘要】 目的 观察不同海拔水平生活的正常人外周血IL - 1β、IL - 6的血清水平 ,探讨细胞因子网络与高原低氧适应及某些高原病的相关性。方法 采用ELISA法分别检测 4 0 5 0m、310 0m、2 30 0m(对照组 )海拔水平生活的正常人外周血IL - 1β、IL - 6血清水平及不同海拔水平 4 0岁以上和以下正常人血清IL - 6含量。结果 在 4 0 5 0m生活的正常人IL - 1β的含量高于对照组 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 6的含量高于对照组 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;在 30 10m生活的正常人IL -Iβ的含量亦高于对照组 ,但无统计学差异 (p >0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 6的含量亦高于对照组 ,但无统计学差异 (p >0 .0 5 )。结论 高原低氧情况下 ,以IL - 1β、IL - 6为代表的细胞因子网络发生了变化 ,这种改变可能参与了高原低氧适应及某些因高原低氧引发的疾病的致病过程
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of the concentration of IL-lβ and IL-6 in the serum of the people who live in the different altitude, and try to find out the relation between the CK and the adaptation and some sickness due to hypoxia. Methods Using ELISA to detect the level of the concentration of IL-1 and IL-6 in the serum. Results The concentration of IL-lβ showed significant increase in values(p<0.05 at 4050m.That of IL-6 in same altitude also had obvious changes(p<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that the concentration of IL-1β and IL-6 concentration have significant changes in the serum. It means that they may involve in the process of the adaptation and some sickness because of hypoxia.
