大黄提取物对羟基自由基的清除效果研究

【摘要】 采用四氯化碳和无水乙醇提取大黄中的有效成分,用比色法测定不同浓度的大黄提取物对羟基自由基的清除率。结果表明:大黄的提取物对羟基自由基具有明显的清除作用。找到了在实验条件下,大黄提取物对羟基自由基清除作用的最佳值,即四氯化碳和无水乙醇提取物浓度分别为0 3%和0 15%时,清除率分别为25 3%和50 1%。

【Abstract】 The efficient ingredients in rhubarb were respectively extracted by using carbon tetrachloride and absolute alcohol.The clearance rate of hydroxy radicals under different concentrations of extracted material from rhubarb was determined by colorimetric method.It was showed from results showed that the extracted material can obviously clear hydroxy radicals,The optimum condition of clearance,caused by the extracting material of rhubarb on hydroxy radicals,was found out under experimental conditions.The clearance rate was 25.3% and 50.1% respectively,when the concentration of carbon tetrachloride and absolute alcohol was 0.3% and 0.15%,respectively.
