【摘要】 详细介绍了生命周期评价和管理的理论与方法。结合建筑业的实际,将建筑看作产品,提出了基于生命周期方法的建筑业可持续发展的理论框架,分析了框架中若干主体的作用和职责。指出通过这种方法的使用,拓展相关主体的职责,以达到保护资源和最大化建筑绩能的效果,从而使建筑业可持续发展成为可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the theory and methods of life cycle assessment and management are provided in detail. Based on the actuality of construction industry, building may be considered as product system, therefore the oriented-lifecycle framework that depicts building community sustainable development is explored, and the responsibility and role of several stakeholders is analyzed meanwhile in this framework. By using these approaches, and extending the responsibility of relevant partners, it can contribute to resource protection and maximizing building performance, therefore it can make the construction industry sustainable development possible.更多还原
