溶液全热回收器与单级喷淋模块结合的新风机组

【摘要】 为了解决加大新风量带来的处理能耗增加和室内空气品质提高的矛盾,将溶液全热回收装置和单级喷淋模块结合起来,构建了溶液全热回收型新风机的处理流程。溶液全热回收装置的热回收效率较高,有效地降低了新风处理能耗;同时由于盐溶液具有杀菌除尘作用,能够避免新风和室内排风的交叉污染。热回收型新风机在夏季的平均电性能因数和热性能因数分别为9.4和3.0,冬季的平均热性能因数为2.2。在北京市现有的能源价格水平下,热回收型新风机的冬、夏运行费用分别为常规新风机的25%和75%。

【Abstract】 In air conditioning system, an increased outdoor air flow rate improves the indoor air quality but also increases the energy consumption of the fan. This paper describes a liquid desiccant total heat recovery device combined with a single-stage sprayed module for an outdoor air handling unit. The liquid desiccant total heat recovery device has higher efficiency and avoids cross contamination of the air streams. Average electrical and thermal coefficient of performance (COP) of the air processor are 9.4 and 3.0 in summer with an average thermal COP of 2.2 in winter. With the current energy prices in Beijing, the operating cost of the new outdoor air handler is about 75% of the cost of a conventional outdoor air handler in the summer and 25% of that in the winter.
