定形相变材料蓄热地板电采暖系统热性能
Thermal performance of under-floor electric heating system with shape-stabilized PCM plates
【摘要】 蓄热式电采暖系统可以利用夜间廉价电供热。建立了分析定形相变材料蓄热地板电采暖系统热性能的理论模型,通过与实验结果比较,验证了此模型和程序的正确性。藉此模型分析了系统各因素对其热性能的影响,及该类系统在不同气候地区的应用可行性和整个冬季的电加热控制方法。结果显示,在保证相变材料用量足够时,可通过改变相变温度和空气层厚度,设计或控制此系统热性能;在不同热负荷建筑中,通过合理设计,此蓄热采暖系统可取得较好效果;应用控制地板加热面积的方法,可使整个采暖季的室温基本保持在人的热舒适范围内。
【Abstract】 The cheap electricity at night can be used for space heating by a thermal storage system. A model was developed to analyze the thermal performance of an under-floor electric heating system with shape-stabilized phase change material (PCM) plates. The model was verified with experimental data. The study then analyzed the effects of various factors on the thermal performance of the heating system, its feasibility in different climate regions and control during the winter. The results show that the system should be designed with the proper phase transition temperature and air layer thickness which depend on the specific climatic conditions. The indoor temperature can be kept in the comfort range by controlling the heating floor area during the winter.
