钢-半固态Al-7石墨复合界面特性
Interface characteristics of steel- mushy Al-7 graphite bonding
【摘要】 为了开发高温钢铝轴瓦材料,采用铸轧技术进行了钢板与Al-7石墨半固态浆料的复合实验,得到了不同于常规钢铝复合产品的界面结构。结果表明:在钢板预热温度为510℃、Al-7石墨半固态浆料固相率(体积分数)为32%的条件下,随着扩散时间的增加,复合界面上生成的铁铝化合物逐渐增多;当扩散时间大于35s时,复合界面完全由铁铝化合物构成;当扩散时间为22.5s时,可形成由铁铝化合物和铁铝固溶体交替构成的新型结构,其界面力学性能较好。
【Abstract】 Steel plates were bonded to Al-7 graphite slurry using the casting rolling technique. The interfacial structure differs from that of conventional steel-aluminum bonding. The results show that for a steel plate preheat temperature of 510 ℃ and a 32% Al-7 graphite slurry solid fraction, the Fe-Al compound increases gradually at the interface with diffusion time. For diffusion times longer than 35 s, the interface is completely Fe-Al compounds. The best interface with the best interfacial mechanical strength has a diffusion time of 22.5 s resulting in a structure with alternating Fe-Al compound and Fe-Al solid solution in the right proportion that give the best properties.
