生物材料快速成形开放平台

【摘要】 为了适应种类繁多的生物材料的成形,开发了生物材料快速成形开放平台。该平台基于快速成形技术,采用材料溶解—喷射堆积—低温固化—溶剂冻干的技术路线,可以对多种高分子或高分子基复合生物材料进行任意复杂的三维形状的成形。喷头模块、温度控制模块、运动控制模块是平台的核心部分。平台采用开放性设计,喷头被设计成标准化的组件。通过对喷头温度和成形室温度的控制,实现了对材料的相变和热致相分离过程的控制。研究结果表明,该平台能成功地完成脂肪族聚酯、聚醚酯弹性体等多种生物材料的成形。

【Abstract】 A rapid forming open platform was developed for the forming of various kinds of bio-materials. The process includes material dissolving, jetting and depositing, solidifying at low temperatures, and freeze-drying. Various polymers or polymer based composites can be fabricated into random three-dimensional shapes on the platform. The spray head, temperature control and motion control modules are key parts of the platform. The open design uses standard spray heads which can be easily replaced. Material phase change and thermally induced phase separation of materials are controlled by controlling the spray head and working chamber temperatures. The result shows that some bio-materials, such as fatty group polyesters and polyether ester elastomers, can be successfully formed using the platform.
