【摘要】 为了获取市场竞争优势、增强竞争的核心能力,未来的制造企业应该显著地改进产品和制造系统的设计能力。探讨了企业迫切需要的可重构设计的概念、理论与方法。基于拓扑相似性给出了可重构性的定义,提出了既考虑最少功能要求,又考虑它们之间不可忽略的交互作用的广义独立公理,并给出基于广义独立公理的可重构设计的定理、推论和设计方程。最后,探讨了该理论在快速可重构制造系统设计中的应用,通过企业的成功应用证明了提出的可重构设计理论的正确性。

【Abstract】 Future manufacturing enterprises must significantly improve their product capabilities and manufacturing systems designs to increase market share and to enhance competitive core competencies. This paper analyzes the theory and methodology of reconfigurable design that manufacturing enterprises urgently need. Reconfigurability based on topological similarity was defined with a generalized axiomatic design theory. The theory takes into account not only the mimimum independent functional requirements, but also their interactions which can not be ignored. Related theorems, consequences and equations were also given. The result shows that the theory can be successfully applied to a rapid reconfigurable manufacturing system.
