【摘要】 物流系统规划是区域物流系统发展最有效的控制手段之一。为了促进中国物流规划理论研究和工程应用,提高物流系统规划和建设的科学性,采用货运规划、园区规划和微观仿真的理论,在追踪国外最新研究的基础上,建立了一套从宏观到微观、涵盖不同规划层次的方法体系,并对货运预测模型、网络优化模型、用地布局方法的发展历史与现状进行了概括,指出了中国物流规划理论研究存在的问题和重点课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Planning of the logistics systems is one of the most effective controlling measures in the development of regional logistics. A framework is presented for regional logistics system and logistics park planning to improve the rationality of logistics planning in China. The system includes freight planning, land layout, and microscale simulation with macroscale and microscale planning levels. This paper analyzes the effects of freight demand forecasting, network optimization, and land layout. Several difficult issues are described which deserve further attention.更多还原
